Ball Valves: Efficient Flow Control Solutions
Imcopipes offers high-quality ball valves made from durable materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, WCB, Ductile Iron and others, ensuring reliability across various applications. These valves are available with multiple connection methods to suit diverse pipeline requirements.
Design & Functionality
A ball valve consists of a valve body with a rotating ball that regulates flow. By turning the ball one-quarter of the way, the valve either allows or stops fluid passage.
Imcopipes provides two types of ball valve mechanisms:
1. Full Port (Full Bore) Ball ValvesThe port diameter matches the pipeline diameter, minimizing flow restrictions. Allows for pipeline pigging when unobstructed. Ideal for applications requiring maximum flow efficiency.
2. Reduced Port (Reduced Bore) Ball Valves The port is smaller than the pipeline diameter. Absorbs a slight pressure drop while maintaining controlled flow.Suitable for systems where moderate flow control is needed.
Imcopipe’s ball valves deliver efficient and reliable flow regulation, making them an excellent choice for various industrial and water distribution applications.
