Butterfly Valves

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves are designed to meet diverse industrial requirements and are available in various configurations, including double eccentric and centric designs. These valves come in multiple types, such as flanged, lug, and wafer, ensuring compatibility with different piping systems.

With pressure ratings ranging from PN10 to PN40, our butterfly valves offer reliable performance in applications requiring precise flow control and shutoff capabilities. Built for durability and efficiency, they are suitable for use in water distribution, wastewater treatment, HVAC systems, chemical processing, and other industrial sectors.

Advanced Automation & Durability

To enhance functionality and automation, our butterfly valves can be equipped with IP67 or IP68-rated gearboxes and actuators, providing secure and efficient operation even in demanding environmental conditions. Whether manual or automated, these valves are engineered for long-term reliability and ease of maintenance

Design and Features

The butterfly valve consists of body, disc, shaft (1) ,shaft (2) and operating device. The shaft and disc can be driven by rotation of the hand wheel in 90° of scope of relative body action the hand wheel can rotate clockwise to close the valve and anticlockwise to open the valve, so that flow and on-off can be controlled.

Storage

  • The butterfly valve should be stored in dry place.
  • It should be protected against any direct sunlight and stored at a temperature between -15°C and +50°C.
  • During long term storage, the butterfly valve should be in open position (to avoid compression of the disc seal) and periodically inspected
  • Machined surface and sealing surface should remain clean of dirt
  • Protect all assembly units with sufficient covering in order to avoid any dust on the disc and body
  • If the valve has been stored at sub 0°c then it should be warmed to +5°c prior to installation.
  • Note: When opening the packaging please do not operate the wheel of the actuator
